
Blue H - Board of Directors
The current Directors of the Board of Blue H are Nick Pearch (Chairman), Neal Bastick, Andrea Damiani and Tim Osborne.
Nick Pearch is Chairman of Blue H Group Technologies Ltd, Managing Director of Succès Europe SA and a director of Boatbookings Ltd. He is a qualified accountant and serves as an independent director and strategic advisor for developing international businesses. Mr. Pearch was previously Chairman of United Transport International (£130m European Logistics Company), Chairman of Denby Group plc and Chairman & CEO of Aurigny Air Services Ltd (the Channel Islands airline). He was Managing Director of Dyson Appliances International during its rapid expansion. Mr. Pearch also jointly led the successful MBO, flotation and eventual sale of Taunton Cider plc.
Neal Bastick is the CEO of Blue H Technologies BV. Mr Bastick has held senior corporate positions both sides of the Atlantic. In 2005 he took on the role of CEO of Blue H, an opportunity he was introduced to while working as a business angel with various other technology start-ups in the south of France. Previously he had spent most of his career running the international divisions of US owned multinational corporations, notably for Adaytum Inc, a software company, as its Senior Managing Director International, and for Bionaire Inc, a consumer goods company, as President International.
Andrea Damiani is a non-executive Board member of Blue H Group Technologies Ltd representing Sea Vision. Mr. Damiani received a Degree in Economics from Libera Università degli Studi Sociali in Rome. From 1989-1992, he worked at Ernst & Young, and served as auditor for a number of multinational companies. From 1993-1996 he was with Arab Bank Plc serving as a credit officer and relationship manager for its corporate clients based in Europe with interests in the Middle East. Currently, he consults companies with in debt restructuring and consults with management of companies in various sectors.
Tim Osborne is a non-executive director representing GMI. Mr. Osborne gained LLB at University College, London and started out at Lovell, White & King (now Lovells) in 1974. In 1978, he joined Wiggin & Co, becoming a partner in 1979, Managing Partner in 1984 and Senior Partner in 2001. He became a Senior Partner of Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove following a demerger in 2003. His expertise lie in commercial and tax related work of clients with international interest. Currently Mr. Osborne serves as a Director of GML – GMI Holding Company.
