Blue H - The management team

The management of Blue H Technologies BV has broad experience in financial, organizational and developmental aspects of managing international businesses. Current management members consist of Neal Bastick, Nico Bolleman, Jaco Korbijn and Marc Menue. Their relevant experience and professional posts are described below:

Neal Bastick, CEO, serves as a Board Member of Blue H Group Technologies Ltd. Neal has held senior corporate positions both sides of the Atlantic. In 2005 he took on the role of CEO of Blue H, an opportunity he was introduced to while working as a business angel with various other technology start-ups in the south of France. Previously he had spent most of his career running the international divisions of US owned multinational corporations, notably for Adaytum Inc, a software company, as its Senior Managing Director International, and for Bionaire Inc, a consumer goods company, as President International.

Nico Bolleman serves as the Operations Director of Blue H Technologies BV. Nico is responsible for the Engineering and Product Development team working on the pre-production unit (PPU). Nico has worked in various management positions, local and international, and is an expert in the industry. In his recent position as MD of Power Composites Holland he overlooks the Technology Center of rotor blade design and as GM of Power Composites Limburg NV he overlooks the manufacturing and supply of rotor blades. Prior to that, Nico was as one of the founders and the COO of Emergya Wind Technologies, a wind turbine manufacturer and establisher of JV’s in China and the USA.

Jaco Korbijn serves as the Business Development Director of Blue H Technologies BV. Prior to Blue H, Jaco was Managing Director of the Princess Amalia Windpark (formerly Offshore Windfarm Q7), during the two year construction phase. At the time (2007- 2008) Offshore Windfarm Q7 was the furthest ever built from the coast and in the deepest water. He also served as a Manager of Operations of Eneco (a Dutch utility) and was a Sales Engineer for Industrial Power Plants with ABB.

Marc Menue serves as the Financial Director of Blue H Technologies BV. He is responsible for the financial and fiscal aspects of the company from budgeting to preparation of financial forecasts and reports. Next to financial responsibilities he also leads the HR, IT and organisational structuring process. Prior to Blue H, Marc was a Director/Owner of several companies, latest of Hamelink & Menue Group responsible for office set-up throughout the Netherlands. He also holds/held various non-executive board, managerial and financial positions in various industrial and non-industrial companies in the Netherlands, including the Dutch wind turbine manufacturer EWT and blades manufacturer Polymarin Composites.
