Sky Saver Management Team

Sky Saver Srl is a special purpose site company in Puglia, Southern Italy responsible for securing the Tricase Deepwater Offshore Wind Farm permit, as well as constructing the three quarter size prototype and the 2 MW floating demonstration unit.

Anna Fraccalvieri serves as the MD of Sky Saver, which she established in 2003 as its majority shareholder. Anna started her career with the Italian Ministry of Justice, having studied law. She moved to Germany and became the MD of an Italian investment fund. Later, she became the legal consultant for several Italian-German commercial ventures. In 1997, Anna returned to Italy to take the position of MD at Ancinale Idroelettrica Srl, a subsidiary of Unit Energy AG, listed at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Filippo Fraccalvieri serves as the Technical Director of Sky Saver, overseeing the electrical aspect of the Tricase wind farm and its connection to the grid. Filippo is a Mechanical Engineer and began his career at ENEL as a designer of electrical systems and coal handling systems. He then became the Technical Director of the coal fired power plant Brindisi Nord, eventually becoming MD for the power plants Brindisi Nord and Sud. Filippo last had a management position at Edipower after the privatization of ENEL.

Edison Da Silva serves as the Project Director of Sky Saver, responsible for the First Commercial Unit (FCU). He holds a degree of Electrical Engineer and is experienced in the transportation and energy fields sectors, having worked for Enerconsult Ltda, the Ansaldo Group and Melqart Engenharia Ltda. Edison has worked throughout the world and is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish.

Roberto Tavani serves as the Financial Director of Sky Saver, being responsible for the day-to-day financial and legal matters. He is the MD of RT Financial Advice Ltd and prior to that he was the Executive Director of Valeura Investimenti Group. Roberto holds an Economics & Commerce degree as well as a master degree in Private Equity.
